Refund and Returns Policy

At Cats Fashionista, we want to ensure that you’re completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy, allowing you to return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will need to provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt, to process the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We recommend checking your order as soon as it arrives. If you find that the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be returned if you change your mind. These exceptions will be clearly noted on the product page. If you have any questions about a specific product, don’t hesitate to contact us. Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, we recommend first processing a return for the original product. Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the item you would like instead.

Refund Process

After your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.
